Introduction

Being at University can be an exciting and challenging time in life. But it can also bring with it stress resulting from a variety of sources such as dealing with new situations; juggling work, study and family life; academic pressures, etc. This section is designed to help you recognise the causes of stress and think what you can do manage it.
